SHIPPING POLICY
All Orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail and include tracking. Ancestral Wishes will cover the cost of postal insurance through USPS.
After processing, your order will be delivered within 1-5 business days, depending on your location.
Please be sure your shipping address is accurate and complete (i.e. apartment/suite numbers) before completing the order. If there are any issues with verifying your address, you will be contacted via email to try and resolve the matter.
Please email ancestralwishes@gmail.com with your order number and correct address if you realize inaccurate address information was initially provided. We will try to accommodate these changes but may not be able to and cannot assume responsibility in these instances.

Packages that are returned to Ancestral Wishes from USPS due to an incorrect/ incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or any other delivery issues on the customers’ end, will require the customer to pay to have the order shipped again.
Ancestral Wishes does not hold responsibility for packages delivered incorrectly, marked delivered and not received or orders that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer and no refunds, replacements or credits will be provided in any of these instances.

All Ancestral Wishes products must include brand labeling when sold by retailers, and shall only be sold at the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the authorized retailer chooses to place the products for sale at a discount, the applied discount shall not be more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% must be requested in writing to Ancestral Wishes and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis.
Display is left to the discretion of the authorized retailer, however, Ancestral Wishes reserves the right to request a change in display if the product is not being displayed in a manner that suits the brand.
All prices are listed in US Dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice.
