PROCESSING TIME -

Due to a rise in orders, processing times have changed. Updated information can be found below. 

Domestic Orders:  (7-14  Business days)

Custom Orders:  (14-21 Business days)

Wholesale Orders:  (21+  Business days)

Detailed processing information will be in your confirmation email. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for USPS tracking information to update. 

SHIPPING POLICY

USPS First Class Mail: 3-5 Business days
USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 Business days

All Orders are shipped through USPS and include tracking. After processing, your order will be delivered within 1-5 business days, depending on your location and class selection.

Please be sure your shipping address is accurate and complete (i.e. apartment/suite numbers) before completing the order. If there are any issues with verifying your address, you will be contacted via email to try and resolve the matter.

Please email support@ancestralwishes.com with your order number and correct address if you realize inaccurate address information was initially provided. We will try to accommodate these changes but may not be able to and cannot assume responsibility in these instances. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. In the instances where your package is tracked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, contact the USPS  to assist you. Ancestral Wishes cannot be held responsible for orders once they are in the possession of the USPS. 

Packages that are returned to Ancestral Wishes from USPS due to an incorrect/ incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or any other delivery issues on the customers’ end, will require the customer to pay to have the order delivered again. 

Ancestral Wishes does not hold responsibility for packages delivered incorrectly, marked delivered and not received or orders that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer and no refunds, replacements or credits will be provided in any of these instances.

RETURN POLICY

Once an order has shipped, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Please be sure to report any issues with your order within 7 business days of the delivery confirmation to ensure proper resolution.
